I have just got back from Gran Canaria.we stayed at the Ifa Continental just accross the road from Charter mobility. I had ordered a go go scooter from them for my stay and it was there waiting for me when i arrived. The morning after the very nice man from charter came down to see me. I told him i had chosen the go go so i would be able to get it in the lift and therefor would be able to get all the way to my room. The told me he was sure that the bigger deluxe scooter would also fit the lift and would be far more sutable for me on the very bummpy paithments. He went and fetched me another scooter wich fitted in the lift great. He was so helpfull and i was so gratefull. I have used other mobility hire on the island before but in future i will only use Charter they beat the rest on price, service and helpfullness .

I booked the Go Go Lite online and it was delivered at the hotel before my arrival, ready for me to use. The scooter was great – easy to use, easy to disassemble for transport and powerful enough for the hilly Salobre area. Charter mobility quoted the cheapest rental and their service was faultless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dear Brian,many thanks to you and your staff i would not have been able to get out and about and enjoy my holiday if it wasn’t for your ingenious company! Firstly your staff are second to non polite helpful and very friendly,i loved my scooter it saved me the hassle of bringing mine on the plane and all the fuss and mucking about and i was very surprised how well it took to the roads, pavements slopes and hills and even a few drives down to the beach, i must say the battery only needed charging once the whole week which is impressive as i really did get out and about on it! so thanks again and il definitely be ringing you guys before i leave next year…many thanks for all your help Jan,Ky & Rellie (London) xxx

Well Lesley and I are back from Palay del Ingles,Gran Canaria.Cant fault these guys ,Friendly ,reliable and fair priced service.Fisrt time used them but not the last,Scooter was ready and waiting at hotel made life alot easier for Lesley.Unlike some renters these guys want to make you holiday as relaxing as possible unlie some who are just in it for making £££££££££££££££££££££ . looking forward to 2017 and renting of them again

Hi Bryan & June, just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic service it made my holiday so much easier having the scooter wheelchair waiting for me when my partner & I arrived at our hotel. The price was just right & when I asked for a wider wheelchair this was delivered promptly without a problem, your service is always done politely & with a smile. I would recommend them to anybody needing a mobility scooter or a wheelchair or both. I hope this testimonial is alright because I’ve never done one before………… Take care & see you next year.

Excellent service, our flight was delayed but our scooter was still waiting when we arrived, this is the first time i have used charter mobility but will not be the last. If you want an excellent, reliable mobility scooter then chose charter mobility.
